These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Next Path website and our credit broking services. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.
About us
Next Path is a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce customers to lenders who may offer credit products (such as loans, car finance, remortgages and secured loans). We do not lend money ourselves. We may receive a commission or other payment from a lender if you take out a product through us. This does not change the rate or terms you are offered by the lender.
Our service
We help you explore finance options by matching your circumstances with lenders on our panel who consider applicants who have completed a debt solution. We do not guarantee that you will be offered credit. Any offer of credit is made by the lender, not by us, and is subject to the lender’s creditworthiness and affordability assessment. Not all applicants will be accepted. You will receive adequate pre-contractual information (including key costs, risks and terms) from the lender before you are asked to commit to any product.
Credit is not guaranteed
Credit is subject to status and affordability checks. Lending decisions are made by lenders based on their own assessment. We do not imply that applying is a formality or that approval is automatic. If you are currently in a debt solution, you should check whether additional borrowing is permitted under the terms of your arrangement before applying.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must provide accurate and complete information when using our services. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site or our services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to resolve your complaint. If we cannot resolve it, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); you can check our registration on the FCA register and find information about the FOS at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, or from any product or decision made by a lender. We do not advise you on whether a particular product is suitable for you; you should consider your own circumstances and seek independent advice if appropriate.
Privacy and data
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our services after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
